In this amigurumi tutorial, we’ll be crocheting an Elf on the Shelf! When I was young, my mom would always put out the Elf on the Shelf just after Thanksgiving to watch over and report back to Santa if we did anything naughty. Her elf on the shelf is terrifying, so I wanted to make a much more cute version to replace it! This pattern is a bit more advanced since it uses a few weird stitches and techniques like spiked bobble stitches and color changes, but includes (as always) a video tutorial going through every stitch! I also made a left handed version just so you know.

  1. I was on your ‘free crochet patterns’ platform but for some reason the patterns aren’t free, I don’t think any of them are? Why aren’t the free crochet patterns if they are named free crochet patterns?
