mp = ch 2, working in the BLO, starting in the second ch from the hook, slst 1
Wings = work in the BLO of the chs, ch 2, mp, ch 1, mp, working in the same space as the second mp hdc 1, mp, working into the chs sc 1, slst 1,
Rnd 1: sc 3, ear, sc 4, ear, sc 1 (8 + 2 ears)
Rnd 2: work around the ears [sc 3, {sc 1, wing, sc 1}] repeat 2 times (10 + 2 wings)

Add the eyes in Rnd 2 in the center of sts 5 and 8. Embroider on fangs using white.
