Membership Levels

A Membership Code is a code that gives an account a level of membership for a set amount of time. These can be received in purchased Crochet Kits and select merch, as well as through community giveaways.

A pattern being “untangled” on Club Crochet® means that the account has permanent access to that pattern tutorial (including downloadable PDFs and video tutorials) even without a membership. Learn More

The number of Untangle credits needed to untangle a pattern varies. You can review how many credits you have from your account page here.

When you’re logged into your account, simply navigate to any locked tutorial or pattern. If you have Untangle Credits available, you’ll see an “Untangle” option next to the standard purchase button. Clicking this will show you how many credits you need to redeem. 

If you don’t have enough credits, you’ll be given the option to either purchase the content directly or buy a credit bundle to continue unlocking patterns with ease in the future.

You can also use Untangle Credits to permanently unlock select Seasons or bundles of designs. This will use a 3 – 10 credits to untangle a full collection of designs on the website.

Untangle Credits can be received in a few ways. 

• With any membership you receive credits each month to use.
• You can also directly purchase credits via credit bundles in the shop, Seasonal Passes, and received in select kits and merch.
• Finally, you can be awarded credits through special events and community participation. Join livestreams, complete patterns on the site, and leave comments to unlock hidden Untangle Credits.

You can find all your untangled patterns in the My Library page. You can also find them on the main browse page where you can also browse the full library of tutorials, and filter based on designs you have access to. Look for the untangle icon  in the corner of a design to quickly see patterns that you have untangled from the browse page.

You do not need to use credits to view and download any patterns on the website with a Designer Membership. Your Untangle Credits are used for permanent access outside of having account access. By using your credits with a Designer Membership you’ll retain access to a pattern even after canceling your membership.

These are tutorials built to teach how to take your crochet to the next level and actually design your own amigurumi. Design tutorials include specific design tutorials such as “How to Crochet Finger Puppets” and “How to Add Dots and Spots to Amigurumi”, as well as more broad concepts such as “How to Design Amigurumi for Beginners”.

Kits are available for each Season Pass with an upgrade, but can be purchased without a kit as well.

Your membership billing date will be the same date as purchased.

No. All memberships and untangled patterns on an account cannot be transferred to another account.

Deleted accounts will lose all access to untangled patterns, as well as saved patterns, and cannot be recovered. However, if you still want to delete your account fully, please contact us.

For physical kits, merchandise, and materials, we accept returns if the item is unopened and not damaged. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Contact us to start a return.

Refunds may not be accepted for digital content such as purchased patterns or memberships. If you are unsatisfied with your kit, please contact us and we will try to find a resolution.
