At the jungle’s heart, atop in a twisted sycamore-shroom strung with red yarn and suspects, a suspicious macaw spies on the forest floor. This is Mathew, “lead detective of the jungle quadrant.” He repeatedly squawks that “it’s all connected,” but the case is classified. The clues? Sparkling eggs, a tuft of purple fur, and a group calling themselves the Birbs. Perhaps he’s read one too many mystery novels… or perhaps those googly eyes are onto something after all.
