Our Website

Club Crochet is a website for experienced crocheters and hookers-in-training! We offer free and for-sale digital patterns in our pattern library, and you can purchase all-in-one crochet kits directly from our shop.

We’re always trying to fix, tweak, and improve the website and sometimes things fall off the radar. If you encounter any issues on the site like bugs, broken links, or even typos, feel free to contact us and let us know!

Shop Orders and Policies

Once our warehouse begins processing your order we cannot guarantee it can be cancelled and it will be subject to our refund policy. If you placed your order less than 12 hours ago, you may attempt to cancel your order by contacting us.

We do not accept refunds on digital patterns and items.

If you purchased a physical item like a crochet kit, materials, or merch, we may be able to provide a refund within 30 days if the item is unopened and not damaged. Please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Yes! The cost of shipping will depend on the destination country entered on the cart and checkout pages.

We are not responsible for missing packages due to situations out of our control, for example carrier issues, package theft, incorrect shipping address. If you experience issues with your shipment, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

PDF download links for purchased patterns can be found in a couple of places:

  • In the order complete email you received after purchase
  • If you have an account, you can see your order’s details in your account page
  • Guests can lookup the order’s details here

Club Crochet Membership

To change or cancel your membership, click on “Change Membership” on your account page.

Yes! We offer gift memberships through our shop. The recipient will receive an email with details on how to redeem their membership.

Crochet Patterns and Kits

We use our own exclusive Club Crochet 100% cotton yarn designed to work well for amigurumi. We package and store our yarn in a smoke-free and pet-free facility to ensure your yarn is sterile and scent-free!

Yes! To delete your account please contact us with your name and account email address. After your account is deleted you will not be able to access any patterns you have purchased so be sure to download them first.
