Who are you?

Club Crochet is a crochet subscription service and pattern library that provides free and for-sale resources for hookers and hookers-in-training. To learn more about the site and team, visit About Us.

How can I access my patterns?

To access your purchased patterns, click here.

Your patterns should be posted under ‘Orders’. Let me know if you have any other questions, issues, or concerns via the contact page

Can I sell products made with your patterns?

Absolutely! We love supporting our community, and we gladly grant permission to sell anything you make with our patterns as long as you include “Pattern by ClubCrochet.com” in the item’s description. We also wouldn’t mind including a link back to our site :).

Can you ship kits internationally?

Absolutely! Shipping costs will be based on your county for international orders. Below please find our estimated shipping costs. And if you don’t see your region or country here, please let us know!

What yarn do you use?

We use Worsted Weight 100% Cotton Yarn. We package and store our yarn in a smoke-free and pet-free facility to ensure your yarn is sterile and scent-free!

How do gifted memberships work?

We are currently re-vamping our gifted membership program. If you want to purchase a gifted membership, please reach out to us directly (contact@clubcrochet.com) and we will make it happen.

How do I change my shipping address?

To change your shipping address, select ‘My Profile’, and then ‘Settings’. There, you will click ‘Shipping Info’ and update. Make sure you click ‘Update Profile’ after so that the new information saves. Otherwise, we won’t get your updated shipping information.  🙂  

How do I change my membership level (or cancel my membership)?

You can change your account level at any time through the Membership page.

The Membership page can also be reached by clicking the profile icon in the top bar and going to My Profile > Settings > Change Membership.

We’re always trying to fix, tweak, and improve the website, and sometimes things fall off the radar. If you find anything on the site worth looking into, like bugs, broken links, or even typos, please feel free to reach out and let us know! Do you accept refunds?

Unfortunately we don’t accept refunds on digital items. If you purchased a physical item like a kit, materials, or merch, please contact us. We’ll do our best to make it right.
