Membership
How do I redeem the included Pattern Membership?
After purchasing a Seasonal Kit you will receive an email that includes a membership code and instructions for redeeming your membership. This way you can either get started right away, or wait until you receive your kit!
What if I'm already paying for a Pattern Membership?
The months of included membership from your Seasonal Kit will be added to your existing membership and you are not billed during that period. Recurring monthly billing will resume after that period.

Annual Pass
When will my first kit be shipped?
Your first kit is usually shipped within 3 business days for US addresses and within 7 business days for international destinations. You will receive an order email with tracking information whenever a kit is shipped. Future kits will be shipped automatically after a new seasonal kit is released.
Which kits will I receive with my Annual Pass?
With an Annual Pass you will receive the current season’s kit followed by the next 3 seasonal kits for a total of 4 kits. For example, if an Annual Pass is purchased during the last month of Season 2, it will included kits for Seasons 2, 3, 4, and 5.
When do I recieve my bonus offers?
Bonus pins will be shipped together with your kits each season.
The bonus book will be shipped once it is available, estimated to be early 2024.
How do I update my shipping address?
Annual Pass kits will be sent to the shipping address on your account. To update your shipping address click here.

Seasonal Kits
What projects will I be able to crochet when I get my Seasonal Kit?
4 of the 6 projects for the season are available at the start of the first month for that season, with 2 mystery projects releasing within the first week of subsequent months. There may also be additional alternate projects releasing randomly throughout the season, and there are always alternate patterns available with your membership.
A Seasonal Kit’s projects include 3 designed to be easy or beginner difficulty, and 3 designed to be medium to hard difficulty, to offer a variety of projects and help beginner crocheters get better with each stitch.
Of a kit’s projects, at least half are brand new patterns that will be new to the library, while the remainder include audience favorites. Additional brand new bonus projects will also be released for each season giving even more fresh options to make with the kits.
What is the difference between Mystery and Alternate projects?
Mystery projects are patterns that are specifically designed for each Seasonal Kit. Your kit will include the materials to make these mystery projects.
Alternate projects are patterns that on Club Crochet that use materials from a Seasonal Kit. They can be made in place of the main seasonal patterns or with extra kit material you have left. Each kit includes a small amount of extra material to accommodate gauge and mistakes.
What crochet hook do I need?
Kit projects will require a size G6/4.00mm hook.
When purchasing a seasonal kit, you have the option to include a crochet hook and needle for a small additional cost. You can also purchase a crochet hook separately from our shop.
Shipping and Refunds
What is your shipping policy?
Shipping and handling is paid for by the customer. Orders shipped to US addresses usually ship within a few days, international orders may take up to 7 business days to ship.
You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped.
How can I cancel my order?
We start processing your order for shipping soon after the order is placed so we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled. If you placed your order less than 12 hours ago, you may attempt to cancel the order by contacting us.
What is your refund policy?
For standalone seasonal kits, we accept returns if the item is unopened and not damaged. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Contact us to start a return.
Refunds may not be accepted for the Annual Pass or kits that are part of the Pass. If you are unsatisfied with your kit, please contact us and we will try to find a resolution.
