Step 1:
Work 2 dc into one st, leaving the last loop of each on the hook.

Step 2:
With the loops still on the hook, work a mini picot (ch 2, slst into the 2nd ch from the hook)

Step 3:
Work 1 more dc into one st, leaving the last loop of each on the hook.

Step 4:
Yarn over and draw through all the loops on the hook.

Step 1:
Insert into next st, yarn over and pull through.

Step 2:
Yarn over, Insert into same st, yarn over and pull through.

Step 3:
Yarn over and pull through all 4 loops on the hook.
