What is an Untangle Credit?
Untangle Credits are a feature allowing you to permanently unlock a pattern on Club Crochet®. An untangled pattern can always be accessed including their downloadable PDF, video tutorial, and interactive digital instructions at any time.
How do I use credits?
Visit any pattern in the Club Crochet® library and click the “Use Untangle Credits” option within the “Unlock Options” button at the top to use your credits. You can view how many credits you have, as well as the patterns you’ve already untangled from your profile page.
How do I get credits?
Credits can be received through memberships, milestones, giveaways, and for purchase in the shop.
Through a membership you can receive credits monthly or yearly in a big batch. Credits can be received by reaching certain milestones such as marking patterns complete on the website, or joining our monthly giveaways announced in livestreams and giveaways. And finally, you can purchase a bundle of credits in the shop!
Do I need to use them?
Nope.
All our patterns can still be purchased individually or in bundles in the shop, or are already free on the website. And when a pattern has been purchased it is automatically untangled on the site as well so you always can come back to the site to download or access videos again. Every design can also always be accessed with a Designer Membership without purchase or untangling.
How do I know if a pattern is untangled?
You can see all the patterns you have untangled in My Library. Additionally, when browsing for patterns an icon will appear in the corner of ones you have untangled.
How many credits do I need to untangle a pattern?
Patterns are from 1 – 3 credits depending on a design’s complexity. Some designs are 0 credits, and can be untangled for free, but on average expect patterns to be 1 or 2 credits.
