In this lesson we’ll be crocheting helmets and hoods for your amigurumi characters! This pattern was designed to fit on my Goblinoid characters, specifically Goblins, Trolls, and Orcs, but with some alterations these helmets can likely fit other amigurumi as well.

  1. I modified the skull pattern to fit on a kobold, which is my favorite goblinoid(does a kobold count as a goblinoid?) to make. I used glow yarn for it, on a black yarn base, and embroidered on some skeletal features to make it look like the kobold is wearing a Halloween costume. Looked great in the dark.
